Quantity Surveyor / England

Our client a leading global business is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support their professional service and project based team.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:

Essential;

• Quantity Surveyor (cost manager) with a minimum of two years’ experience
• Technical background with a degree in quantity surveying, engineering, or another construction related subject or equivalent
• MRICS or professionally qualified in either a surveying or engineering discipline or evidently engaged in the process of such professional qualification
• Post contract experience
• Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service, communication and client/external interface skills
• A track record of effective working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines
• A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
