Our client, a large oil and gas company, is currently seeking an On-Site Coordinator for a 1 year contract in Calgary, AB.
Description:
The On-Site Coordinator will be responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to support of training session before during and after each session. Prior to the class, s/he will be responsible for assuring instructional materials are delivered to the training room, and setting up the room according to requirements. During the session she/he will work with the venue, participants and faculty to assure the class goes smoothly, including helping faculty hand out materials and arrange the participants for group activities; respond to participants questions and concerns regarding course schedule, needs during the course, etc.; and assuring breaks and meals are on time and as contracted with the venue. After the class, the onsite coordinator will collect and compile class surveys and conduct class break downs at the end of a training session.
This position requires 4-7 years of experience.
