Chief Maintenance
- Location: Mozambique
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (renewable on agreement)
Salary: Negotiable - Rotation: TBC (usually 75/21 or 90/16)
Working Week: 10 hrs p/day - 6 days p/week
Accommodation / Meals / Flights / Insurances: Provided by Client
Previous Oil / Gas experience is required - Ensure the appropriate management of water treatment plan, sewage treatment plan, power distribution, workshop and warehouse shed.
Guarantee the correct and efficient maintenance planning and to identify the concerning materials and spare parts
Ensure timely and correct predisposition of technical reports and analysis
Control the planning and the utilization of fixed asset
Guarantee the training of the maintenance team for what concerns the operative, safety and auditing system in conformity with Company procedures
Grant ordinary maintenance of fixed infrastructures
Provide technical support and advice across asset management matters
Capability in determining the required specifications for new equipment
Ensures all fixed assets are properly tagged and recorded in SAP
Plan and Conducts assets physical inventories, as needed
Coordinates and records transfers and disposals of fixed assets in conformity with Company procedures
Ensure proper assets utilization plan and availability, in accordance with projects request
Ensure databases recording fixed assets are up to date and accurate
Ensure city, country, state and federal regulation relating to the Equipment, are met at all the times
Manage personnel, asset and safety on the camp and site area.
Compile expenditure budgets and control costs
Ensure timely follow-up of required maintenance of the equipment
Ensure appropriate level of reliability
Grant regular reporting as per company rules
Assess the condition of Assets and Equipment and eliminate any that are obsolete
Manage the warehouse and replenish stock in accordance with scheduled repairs
Supervise the correct operation of warehouse management information packages
Supervise the correct application of safety procedures and standards
Review the inventory of Patrimonial Assets and handle technical and operational requests
Supervise the correct storage and maintenance of assets.
