Location Zoetermeer (initial 6 month assignment)

Generic Job Description

The role is to provide technical assistance to the Projects and Engineering Department (P&E) supporting both the P&E Manager and Project Controls.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to the P&E Team
• Facilitate meetings & workshops
• Preparing presentations
• Support the Project Controls Department in various Admin tasks
• Focal point for Document Control queries

Required qualifications and experience

• MBO diploma level with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Good team player with a confident and service orientated attitude
• Prior experience in an International environment would be a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch required.
• SAP and Maximo experience would be a plus
• Good knowledge of Project Management systems including good working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to communicate effectively across functions, lines and cultures
