Contracts Manager – Decent Homes / England

A major construction group, pride themselves on their ability to build long standing relationships with their customers which has resulted in further demand for their services.
 
A first class managerial background covering all aspects of decent homes work is demanded, including production, technical, quality and health & safety, as well as the ability to motivate and control site managers and sub-contractors.
 
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the role of CM in Refurb sector
 
They must have good relationships with existing clients within the Refurb Market who can use those relationships to bring work to the company which will help to grow the Department
 
They must be commercially aware
 
They must have a can do attitude
 
Have experience of working on projects up to £10M
 
Be Familiar with various software packages incl Excel, Word & ASTA Programming
 
Be able to work & Manage unsupervised to deliver results & work to set Budgets
 
Have experience with Planned Maintenance, Void Units, Decent Homes Programmes & External Refurb works
 
Experience within decent home projects up to £10m in value is necessary.
