Pre-commissioning Manager / Oman

On behalf of my Client, a major EPC, I am looking for a Pre-commissioning Manager to join them on a long term Refinery project in Spain at first, and later in the Middle-East (exact Region to be disclosed soon). Candidate should not need a Visa/WP to work in Europe, so please do not apply if you do not hold a suitable passport, as your application will not be considered. We are looking for 10-12 years of experience as minimum & very strong experience working on previous Refineries' projects in the Middle-East or in other similar remote areas. We are not looking for Operator experience, but for strong EPCs projects experience. A Bachelor of Science in Engineering would be the best option, but not mandatory. English must be fluent, any additional European language would be a plus, especially Spanish. Rotation is quite demanding with long working hours and family status is NOT an option.
