Setting Out Engineer – Residential / England

A residential developer who like to take a traditional approach to building are looking to secure a Setting Out Engineer. This company prides itself on completing projects to the highest standards where the customer and quality come first. They have a long list of trusted trades that follow from site to site so the standard is always delivered.
With various projects live or in the pipeline, you could be working on a basement dig in Hertfordshire or a structural alteration in Knightsbridge.

This company will consider people at different stages or their careers. You could have a couple of years’ experience and looking to learn or you could be a seasoned professional with 10+ years’ experience who wants to add value to the team.

This business will consider people on a freelance or PAYE basis as they do not want hurdles and then lose good people. The strength of the CV is not the core either, your ability is but longevity with some employers is a non-negotiable.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience working as a Setting Out Engineer.
• The ability to set out or at least assist with setting out a site.

It is desirable to have;

• Further education related to construction
• Experience in residential projects
