Responsibilities and Tasks:
Under direction from MD, act as communication/coordination focal point with corporate Supply Chain in support of MHW UK alignment and compliance process/procedural requirements
Raise purchase orders in SAP for external vendors, parts, tools and equipment
Create notifications and service orders within SAP to ensure costs are accurately assigned
Assist with the collation of project specific documentation
Assist with set up and hosting of activity in the training/simulator suite
Maintain and update job tracker spreadsheet
Update SAP Maintenance module with information provided by responsible personnel and generate reports as requested
Provide general administrative support to operational and functional departments
Greet visitors

Qualifications / Personal Attributes:
- SAP knowledge and experience essential
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Flexible working attitude
- Strong team working skills - needs to have a can-do attitude
