  • Duration: 24 months
  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Rotation: 10 days leave after 4 months service
  • Working Week: Monday-Friday 45 hrs p/week
  • Accommodation / Flights / Insurances provided by Client
  • Experience with the major gas compressors and turbo machinery vendors and technologies.
    Provide construction and commissioning expertise regarding rotating equipment installation, alignment and testing.
    Review and provide comments on Contractor schedule and specific deliverables as well as schedules from Vendors and Subcontractors.
    Review Contractor Change Order Requests and provide input to consolidated response.
    Monitor engineering, procurement and construction reporting from various sources and advise Management of potential issues.
    Monitor and assist to close quality issues arising from Vendor and subcontractor construction activities.
    Review documents and procedures prepared by the Contractor and/or Subcontractor.                                                           
    Dimensional check of equipment foundation, equipment and auxiliary skids positioning, levelling and alignment.
    Installation and assembling activities of Gas Turbine package (Turbo-Compressors and Turbo-Generators) and auxiliary equipment such as oil console, fuel gas, air system, interconnection piping, coolers, structure, ducts.
    Installation of Static Equipment such as Columns, Reactors, Pressure Vessels.
    Advising on construction issues, field engineering, technical integrity, and technical assurance.
    Perform QC inspection during project construction phase in accordance to approved ITP.                                                              
    Pre-commissioning and commissioning of oil system (lube oil flushing), starting system, fuel gas system, air system.
    Equipment start-up and troubleshooting.
