Site Manager - High Rise Construction / Australia

We are currently working with local commercial contractor; we are now recruiting a Site Manager for a high-risk development in Perth 

This opportunity will see you managing all the Construction activities on site; you will work directly alongside the Project Manager with an experienced site team to deliver the project successfully.  You will be in charge of the construction of a multi storey project from start to finish and will be responsible for managing and developing the programme, co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.  You will manage the OHS compliance on site including the site induction and will ensure the projects are delivered on time and within budget 

Experience required 



Extensive experience on new build high rise projects  such as apartments, hotel’s, commercial offices

Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate & drive direct & sub-contract labour.

Highly skilled in OH&S.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively.

A commitment to quality and an eye for detail.
