Contracts Manager - New Build and Refurbishment Contractor / England

This position is with a new build and refurbishment contractor based in Hertfordshire. After more than 20 years of successful trading, the company has extensive experience across many sectors including, healthcare, education and retail.
 
They are currently looking for a Contracts Manager who is looking for a new challenge:
 
As a Contracts Manager your experience will include the following:
 
Demonstrable experience preferably in the new build and refurbishment industry
 
Capable of looking after 2-4 projects at any one time
 
Project size between £100k and £4m
 
Day to day duties include:
 
Ultimate responsibility for delivery
Programming
Cost control
Quality & safety
Procurement
Contract correspondence
To represent the company at monthly progress meetings, design meetings, internal cost meetings, safety meetings etc
 
Direct Reports:
 
Site Managers
 
A high level of responsibility will be given with this approachable and friendly contractor.
