Exploration Manager / UAE

***START ASAP*** Our client is looking for an Exploration Manager to start a project based in Sharjah.

Main duties :

Responsible for the overall technical management of a newly acquired exploration block in Iraq. This will include building and managing a new technical organization; finalising and implementing the Exploration Plan and formulating all corresponding operating procedures and policies.


What we need :

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geological Sciences or related disciplines.
• 15+ years in the Oil and Gas industry which will include 8 years of management experience in managing exploration activities.
• Direct experience in the design, implementation and negotiation of seismic programs and contract is required.
• Oil and gas industry and management experience - ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
