Commercial Director / Macau

One of the leading Integrated Resort developers in this thriving and fascinating location are seeking to strengthen their in-house project delivery team with the appointment of a Head of Commercial (Director level).

In this key role, you will be responsible for all commercial matters (cost & contracts), leading from the front, developing and implementing robust commercial procedures to suit the needs of both new build and capital expenditure projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English is required, the ability to speak Cantonese also would be ideal.
• Proven track record in Cost/Contracts/Commercial Management with recognised developers/consultancies/contractors in Asia.
• Working experience in Macau or Hong Kong would be a distinct advantage.
• Membership of an accredited construction institution such as RICS, HKIS, ISE, CIOB, is preferred.
• Most possess excellent communication skills.
• Have strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively using own initiative.

Remuneration

A negotiable remuneration package (salary + housing) commensurate with experience + Discretionary Bonus + Medical Insurance + other attractive company benefits.
