Project Manager - Large Scale Housing Project / Saudi Arabia

You will be joining one of the best known and most successful building and civil engineering contractors operating throughout the Middle East. The requirement is for a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a large scale housing project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 
 
You will be responsible for the delivery, profitability and quality of the project outcomes by overseeing and managing all policies and procedures related to day-to-day operations. You will need to establish adequate standards for excellence and performance indicators to evaluate overall project performance against project objectives, ensuring that all functions are being run in a timely and professional manner.
 
The successful candidate will be a qualified Civil Engineer with at least 15 years construction experience including an in depth knowledge of all aspects of large-scale horizontal residential projects.
