Snr Installation Engineer / Netherlands

As a Sr. Installation Engineer you provide technical work preparation services in commercial projects, tenders, studies and product development. You will work in multidisciplinary teams on products like heavy lift, removal and wind.

Daily activities.
Develop offshore execution methods for offshore projects, define required equipment, concept and detail design of lifting arrangements.
Perform engineering, technical project preparation and execution support.
Review and organize review of internal and external deliverables (drawings, reports and procedures);
Prepare subcontractor Scope of Works.

Quality and result oriented with the ability to adapt easily when needed. Recognize the effects and results of decisions or activities on other parts of the organization.
A Bachelor and/or Master degree Civil Engineering, Maritime or Mechanical Engineering;
A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in engineering, project preparation and execution of offshore or construction projects.
Excellent analytical, practical and pragmatic skills.
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Supervisory and coaching skills to provide guidance to less experienced engineers.
Interested in working temporarily offshore on vessels, overseas or in other offices.
