  • We are responsible for delivering quality service, safely, on time, within budget whilst ensuring the technical integrity of onshore and offshore assets. We actively promote the highest standards of HSEQ and at all times act within the our Just Care procedures. We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator on a contract basis for 2 months.

     

     
    • Act as the site focal point for people logistics related activities at mobilisation and demobilisation for all our personnel including Subcontractors and Visitors
    • Liaise closely with Onshore Logistics Team regarding all POB issues including upmans and flight requirements
    • Daily update of personnel rota
    • Act as focal point for crew welfare issue
    • Development and distribution of daily (project) POB updates
    • Participation in regular logistics conference calls
    • Communications regarding all of the above
    • Take part in project meetings, safety meetings etc as appropriate
    • Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these
    • Participate in the on-call Rota
     

     
    • Demonstrable experience in heliadmin and/or personnel logistics practices relating to the O&G industry
    • Knowledge and/or experience in offshore activities, preferably construction related
    • High level of proficiency in typical software packages such as word and excel
    • High level of accuracy and efficiency in administration
    • Read, understand and implement all applicable company / project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring at all times that the workscope is completed safely and to a high standard
    • Ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding of HSE safe working practises, procedures and their implementation
    • Safe working – commitment to safe working practices ensuring that all workscopes are completed in a safe manner at all times
