Project Production Team Leader / Oman

Our client is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their thriving gas plant project in Oman. Working on a 28 day on, 28 day off rotation you will be responsible for the commissioning and start-up of phase 2 of this large project.

Other duties for this position are;

• Liaising with contract companies, commissioning teams, project teams and more to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Leading the development of operational management systems
• General management of the production team
• Acting as a conduit between the team and the Operations Manager

To be successful in the role you will be;

• Experienced in operations of oil, gas or petrochemical facilities
• Able to demonstrate success in delivering high standards of HSSE performance
• Capable of running Control of Work systems and procedures
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
• Experienced in working in difficult or challenging environments
