Senior Project Manager - Civil / Qatar

The incumbent will be reporting to the Head of Projects Execution. He/She will be responsible for supporting the execution of Projects in accordance with the executed contract and as per the guidelines defined by the bank. The role will primarily track the delivery of projects on the ground. 

Work with the Senior Head of Project Execution to ensure that the projects gets delivered as per the agreed timelines and financials with a focus on fulfilling the mandate with private or government organisations that have entrusted the bank for the project management work. 

Provide inputs to the Head of Project Execution for creating the project plan and deployment plan as per the project specification. 

Supervise the work performed by all consultants, contractors and vendors assigned to the Project to ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget. 

Supervise the work performed by the contractors/consultants. Carry periodic review of the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards. If need arises, visit the project site and escalate to the head of project execution. 


Requirements:
Must speak Arabic
Must be a Civil Engineer
