Team Leader (Railway Policy & Master Planning) - Indonesia

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader within the field of Railway Policy & Master Planning for an upcoming project in Indonesia.

Opportunity:

My client is a International consultancy firm who have numerous projects both in country and internationally and are working with the local government on this ODA funded scheme.

Responsibilities on the project:

As Team Leader the successful expert shall be responsible for working with numerous stakeholders including Government departments & Overseas agencies to review, amend and potentially implement the strategic Railway Policy for Indonesia.

The role shall be based in Jakarta for 20 months, commencing in July 2019.

Key requirements for the role:

• An international railway policy specialist with at least 15 years' experience in railways master planning and strategy development. Policy experience is key.
• Good knowledge of Indonesia's railways sector, challenges and opportunities in the sector would be a great advantage.
• Candidate should have appropriate postgraduate academic qualifications in railway engineering / policy / planning.
• Candidate should have a solution- orientated approach and ability to build relationships with government counterparts.

Salary Package:

The salary package is flexible but would be expected to be around €12,000 per month
