An experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager is required to join a well established subcontractor who work within the drylining, partitioning and suspended ceiling industry.
The ideal Project Manager will be able to show a commitment to the future success of the company and be willing to carry the unique culture and philosophy.
Role
You will have proven experience as a successful Project Manager with experience in delivering dry lining, partitioning and suspended ceiling projects. You should have worked on projects with a value between £100k-£2.5m. You should be confident at dealing with people and possess the skills to communicate confidently and effectively with main contractors.
As a Project Manager your experience will include the following:
Day to day duties include:
Direct Reports:
Site Managers and Site Supervisors
Working alongside Quantity Surveyors for individual contracts

- Most likely to have demonstrable experience within dry lining, partitioning and suspended ceiling sector
- London experience preferable
- Capable of looking after 2-4 projects at any one time
- Project size between £100k and £2.5m
Day to day duties include:
- Responsibility for production
- Programme
- Cost control
- Quality & safety
- Procurement
- Conversant with bills & contracts
- Contract correspondence
- To represent the company at monthly progress meetings, internal cost meetings, safety meetings etc

Working alongside Quantity Surveyors for individual contracts
