Project Manager – Dry Lining and Suspended Ceiling / England

An experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager is required to join a well established subcontractor who work within the drylining, partitioning and suspended ceiling industry.
 
The ideal Project Manager will be able to show a commitment to the future success of the company and be willing to carry the unique culture and philosophy.
 
Role
 
You will have proven experience as a successful Project Manager with experience in delivering dry lining, partitioning and suspended ceiling projects. You should have worked on projects with a value between £100k-£2.5m. You should be confident at dealing with people and possess the skills to communicate confidently and effectively with main contractors.
 
As a Project Manager your experience will include the following:
 

• Most likely to have demonstrable experience within dry lining, partitioning and suspended ceiling sector
• London experience preferable
• Capable of looking after  2-4 projects at any one time
• Project size between £100k and £2.5m

 
Day to day duties include:

• Responsibility for production
• Programme
• Cost control
• Quality & safety
• Procurement
• Conversant with bills & contracts
• Contract correspondence
• To represent the company at monthly progress meetings, internal cost meetings, safety meetings etc

 
Direct Reports:
 
Site Managers and Site Supervisors
Working alongside Quantity Surveyors for individual contracts
