- Assist with TWM project:
- Pull data from SAP and myIT
- Work with business to get information/data needed for project
- Gather data from existing GAL to populate information needed
- Assist with identifying list of suppliers to be considered labor suppliers
- Do analysis of current data to identify gaps
- Identify other potential suppliers to convert to either SWO or CWM
- Process flows (as needed)
- Create and negotiate new CWA (Contingent Workforce Agreement) with existing CWM suppliers
- Strong knowledge of SAP and creating PO’s
- Strong background in creating RFP’s in Ariba
- Experience with creating category strategies
- Negotiate TPA with existing Suppliers to allow integration into CWM tool
- Work with business and suppliers to develop Scopes of Work using existing template from proposals. Ensure properly documented in Ariba
- Assist with creating purchase orders as needed in SAP
- Assist with Ariba Clean-up effort
- Update existing workspaces when required
- Run reports to ensure contract workspaces are properly classified
- Create, monitor, amend, renew, and close contracts
- Assist and instruct on proper procedures
- Provide support for special project requests
