Description
• Provide support to Asset Operation Manager related to cost management. Mainly Maintenance and operation
• Prepare, analyse and assure cost report for AOM including relevant Budget Managers/Executors.
• Review cost and commitments incurred, prepare accruals, assure actuals, prepare variance analysis and prepare forecasts within AOM’s area of responsibility.
• Verify cost transaction and progress service entries
• Provide in-year forecast update and input to Opex budget
• Master data overview for Asset & Operation
• Challenge cost reporting according to value of work done principle.
• Follow up time writing and check correct use of timecodes incl. offshore time writing
• Have regular cost reviews with relevant budget managers and executers under AOM.
• Review and understand the reported activity against the Activity plan used for the Asset.
• Contribute to quality preparation and timely delivery of the JV budget and reports.
Requirements
Education
• University degree Economics. Extensive experience may replace formal education
• Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
Experience
• Experience with operating Assets.
• Knowledge to the Joint Venture Agreement for operating Assets.
• Accounting and cost management knowledge.
• Anticipates future situations and plans to meet them.
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good excel and SAP Skills with a knowledge of existing system and tools
• Driving continuous improvement, using Lean methodology
