Description

Reports to VP Subsea Alliance

• Responsible for development and follow-up of Alliance Quality strategies and plans to support delivery of the Alliance Quality Goals

• Responsible for defining the Alliance Quality system, processes and responsibilities

• Responsible for defining interfaces with respect to requirements and reporting

• Communicate Quality expectations, strategies and programs

• Establish and execute the Alliance Assurance and Verification Program and ensure it is set up in accordance with alliance mindset

• Set up and follow-up systems and tools for monitoring and reporting.

• Responsible for supplying the required Quality resources to projects with the right competence.

• Responsible for investigating and analyzing Quality incidents and performance to ensure we capture knowledge and drive improvements

• Owns the quality an risk part of the Alliance Execution Model and responisible for defining processes in the manual

• Lead Quality team, comprise of representatives from all 3 Parties in the subsea alliance, and establish an efficient quality organization

• Report quality incidents to L1 Alliance Management Team

• Responsible for the Pecan risk management process and supporting the Pecan project team in identifying, managing and reporting risk
