Offshore Delivery (FOMS Coach)
Ensure the successful and sustainable implementation of critical Field Operations processes across the offshore organization * Drive the development of best-in-class operational processes to improve performance and increase competitive advantage * Deliver training of critical operational processes to the offshore leadership and supervisory team * Facilitate workshops across Field Operations to communicate changes and align organizational roles and responsibilities * Coach offshore staff in the new ways of working to ensure sustainable change is achieved * Act as an advocate for the offshore organization to ensure new or changed processes are fit for purpose and meet both management and end user requirements

The job holder is responsible for the assisting in the design and delivery of strategic operational improvement projects to ensure that Field Operations is providing a competitive advantage to its shareholders.
Key skills of this position is the ability to influence business decision making and influence the behaviour of individuals outside direct reporting lines by simplifying and communicating business processes and inspiring offshore site management to actively engage and interact with the processes
The position is a 4 week on and 4 week off rotational based, with regular time expected in Doha
- BSc in Engineering or similar discipline
Experience:
- Min. 10 years' experience in Upstream Oil and Gas within the Production or Maintenance Discipline
- Min. 5 years' experience working in an offshore environment within a Senior Leadership role (Site Management level)
- Min. 5 years' experience in transformational change projects and business process re-engineering
- Min. 5 years' experience coaching and driving improved people and operational performance
Competencies and Behaviors:
- Expert in managing complex organizational changes within upstream Oil and Gas
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects at the same time
- Proven ability to influence business decision making and influence behaviours and ways of working
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Self- motivated individual with a results-oriented mind-set and high attention to detail
- Ability to set and implement operational objectives, drive performance and foster a performance culture
- Highly motivated, flexible in approach and with a proactive and positive mind-set
- Fluent in written and spoken English
