Description

• Project management and administration

• Stakeholder mapping and management

• Develop framework for Cost of Quality incl.:

• Cost of Quality categorization and structure

• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes

• Undertake pre-processing of structured and unstructured data

• Define KPI and Metrics for reporting

• Present information using data visualization techniques

• Develop Cost of Quality case registration process and system

• Change management and implementation of framework in close collaboration with the central lean deployment team

• Update of business management processes

• Develop training material for employees and leaders

• Conduct awareness training and system user training

• Lessons learned and handover

Requirements

Formal qualifications

• University degree, minimum bachelor, preferably in an Engineering, Computer Science or Business Management

• Project management

• Min. years of experience 10

Professional experience

Experience from and able to show successes from:

• Execution of large Improvement projects, preferably Cost of Quality, data science or digitalization projects

• Strong facilitation skills and experience in management of multidisciplinary teams

• Experience with agile and lean ways of working

• Experience in change management and implementation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams

• Significant Stakeholder management coordination and experience

Other relevant competence

• Quality and risk management

• Business management

• Benchmarking

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, incl. Story telling skills

• Fluent in both Norwegian and English

• Very good understanding of Oil & Gas Operations
