Site Manager Fit - Out & Refurbishment / England

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a well established main contractor.

The requirement is for someone who is versatile and from a high calibre in being able to run a commercial and fit-out / refurbishment projects with values upto £2m.

The ideal candidate will be from a trade’s background and will have carried out this position for a minimum of 5 years in either a fit-out or refurbishment environment.

A solid track record is required and someone who has the ability to manage a project from inception to completion and have an appreciation of the commercial aspects of running a site.

Excellent salary is on offer plus travel allowance and pension and bonus.
