POSITION SUMMARY

High- level categorical responsibilities include customer relationship management, full lifecycle recruitment and project management.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Confer with management/senior leadership and Human Resource business partners to identify human capital needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments
- Understand business strategy and operational goals of internal client organizations. Tailor specific search strategies that fit within those parameters and meet those objectives
- Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methodologies
- Prepare complete and detailed client engagement agreements and position profiles, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with respective business unit leaders to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify, attract, and recruit top tier talent. Identify and deploy creative methodologies for sourcing quality candidates.
- Utilize candidate research as needed and leverage appropriately. Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need
- Effectively position and sell professional opportunities to both active and passive candidates
- Pre-qualify candidates and develop interview slates
- Prepare candidate information packages, including position profiles, resumes/CVs, interview guides and assessment forms for distribution to hiring managers prior to interviews
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates including process overview, interview preparation, setting expectations, post-offer discussions, closing, offer letter review and general on-boarding
- Interview and assess candidates using behavioral-based/targeted selection interview questions
- Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinator to schedule interviews and manage logistics
- Organize, lead and document post- interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates
- Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers
- Explain compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct follow-up calls/customer satisfaction surveys and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute an effective, efficient on-boarding process for each new hire
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager's interactions, and other recruiting activities. Update ATS appropriately for search tracking and reporting purposes for both internal and external systems
- Produce weekly reports and analysis on recruiting status to leadership and clients
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting in a team environment is required; 10+ years is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Employment/Labor law
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred
- Expert level knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, due diligence and vendor management
- Knowledge and extensive past use of applicant tracking systems – Success Factors preferred
- Excellent project management, writing, oral communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player and interface with clients
- Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level
- Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple competing priorities is a must
Education, Training & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Business or Human Resources
