Pre-Commissioning Bidding Engineer
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (renewable on agreement)
Rotation: TBC (usually 75 / 21 days onshore and 56 / 28 days offshore)
Working Week:
Onshore 5 days p/week 9 hrs p/day
Offshore 7 days p/week 12 hrs p/day
Salary: Negotiable
Accommodation / Flights (economy) / Insurances provided by Client
Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum experience of 10 years in EPC projects
Minimum experience of 5 years in pipelines pre-commissioning including procurement, engineering, and execution
Fluent English
Responsibilities:
Review of ITT Documents, scope of works, drawings.
Review of clients specifications, standards and identify requirements related to pipelines pre- commissioning
Prepare TQs, method statement, schedule, equipment list, equipment and manpower plans related to pipelines pre- commissioning
Identify any subcontractor work and prepare related scope of works
Review subcontractors offers, issue technical clarifications and technical evaluations
Report to OFFOP Pre-com lead
