Commissioning Coordinator - Turbine and Generator - DRC

I am urgently seeking a Commissioning Coordinator for the Turbine and Electric of a hydropower plant rehabilitation project in Africa (DRC). Starting in July and duration 9 to 10 months, you need to be fluent French speaking with considerable Hydropower experience.

Duties:

- Responsible management and implementation of the commissioning of generators.

- Functional testing and measurement of components, as well as independent error detection and resolution.

- Independent implementation of schedules and quality requirements.

- Handover of machines and plants to operating companies, including suitable training

- Production of installation and plant documentation, including disruption measurement and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

- 5 Years experience in Hydropower Commissioning (Generator)

- Proven experience in electro-mechanical works from the technical and contractual point of view, preferably - related to dam construction (M&E) or rehabilitation.

- International experience working in remote locations desirable.

- Bachelor/Degree in Mechanical Engineering fields.

- Ability to lead a team with a personal commitment and proactive approach.

- Fluent French
