Technical Due Diligence Leader / Germany

Based in either Berlin or Dusseldorf, you will be an ambassador and leader with regard to TDD. You will inherit a strong client base but at the same time will identify and establish new clients to facilitate further growth in this business service area.

The client operates throughout UK & Mainland Europe, undertaking services such as Project Management, Cost Management, TDD, Dispute Resolution, Expert Witness and Value Engineering. Sector experience includes Retail, Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Hotels, Aviation, Education. They have been established in Germany for many years and have an outstanding client base which includes well-known, global corporate entities.

In this unique leadership role, the following key attributes are required.

• Ideally qualified in architecture, construction/project management, engineering or quantity surveying.
• Possess strong core technical skills.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Native German speaking with fluency in English also.
• Demonstrable track record of account/project management, able to communicate effectively and clearly with clients.
• Strategic thinking.
