Commercial Manager – Commercial Construction

This role represents a great opportunity for a Commercial Manager or Contracts Manager to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established commercial construction company located in Melbourne.  They have enjoyed continued growth for over 30 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for a Commercial Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a full time basis on new & ongoing projects. 

Reporting to the board of Directors, you will be engaged on several Commercial projects ($20-$100M+). To be considered here, you must have at least 10 years’ experience as a Senior Contract Administrator within a commercial construction company. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow their career. Previous and proven experience managing commercial projects up to $100m is essential, as well as having a sound knowledge of the local market.
