Workshop Coordinator
LNG Expansion Project
Location: Indonesia Jakarta office then onto Papua site
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (renewable on agreement)
Jakarta
Duration: approx 4 weeks - Familiarising with Project and Team
Working week: 5 days p/week / 10 hours p/day
Salary: Negotiable
Serviced Apartment provided by Client
22m Indonesia Rupiah provided p/month for living costs
Then move to:
Papua
Rotation: 75 days on / 21 days off
Working week: 6 days p/week / 10 hours p/day
Salary: Negotiable
Site Accommodation / Meals provided by Client
Flights / Medical Insurances provided by Client
Ensure the management of the maintenance activities for all equipment at site either logistic base, yard or project through
coordination of workshop foreman
Responsible for maintenance and repair of equipment
Supervise the equipment on site by ensuring continuous service through routine/non-routine maintenance and/or repair maintenance and/or repairs
Supervise the upgrade activities of the equipment assigned
Stock the required quantity of materials in order to guarantee continuity of work and ordering spare parts for scheduled maintenance in good time
Supervise and co-ordinate the workshop foremen in order to ensure that work is carried out in compliance with quality requirements and established time schedules
Ensure compliance with safety procedures
Prepare and manage budget of maintenance/upgrade
Implement asset maintenance procedures and identify the best maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and boost asset uptime and availability
Stock the required quantity of spares parts in order to guarantee continuity of work and planning
Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, equipment and initiates recording when necessary
Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished timely and in a cost effective manner
Manage / coordinate and evaluate maintenance personnel's performance assigned
