Wind Turbine Commissioning Technician / Australia

Are you a Wind Turbine Commissioning Technician with 1+ years’ experience working on wind turbines in Australia?
 
An opportunity has arisen for multiple WTG Commissioning Technician roles to work for a global giant in the energy sector.
 
The wind farm is located in Queensland with the opportunity to be involved in a very strong pipeline of new wind farm installations going into 2020-2022. You will get:

• Accommodation/travel paid
• FIFO
• 3:1 roster

 
As the Wind Turbine Commissioning Technician, you will be liaising with multi-discipline teams and be involved in:

• Reviewing start-up and commissioning procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with all site safety/environmental regulations.
• Maintaining Start-up Daily Logs.

 
To be considered you must demonstrate:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in the wind industry.
• Mechanical/Electrical Trade Qualification.
• Completed GWO’s

 
Only candidates with prior wind industry experience in Australia  will be considered.
Candidates with a strictly oil/gas/mining background will be unsuccessful.
