Regional Safety, Health and Environmental Advisor – Yorkshire and Lancashire- 35-38k

An established and growing leading Manufacturer is looking for a Regional Safety, Health and Environmental advisor across the Yorkshire and Lancashire region. The right person for this role will have at least two years’ experience working within a SHE role, and have a NEBOSH qualification. This is a permanent position working across a number of sites.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems
• Work with employees at all levels to develop, implement and promote a proactive Health and Safety culture
• Providing Health and Safety advice to the different sites within the region and follow a number of objectives to maintain and developing SHE standards
• Do additional activities as directed by the Group Health and Safety Manager

Essential

• 2 years previous experience in a Safety, Health and Environmental role
• NEBOSH qualification
• Previous experience within heavy industry
• Excellent Time Management and Organisation skills
• Self-motivated individual
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable

• Training or qualifications relating to Environmental Management
• Previous regional role working at multiple sites
