Senior Business Analyst - Major Gold Mine / Papua New Guinea

Immediate requirement for a short term 3-6 months initial period on a major Gold mine in PNG, pending performance this role will become permanent with the operator. This is a FIFO role with a 15 on 13 off roster.

To be considered you must have the following :

• Demonstrated strong accounting processes knowledge, particularly General Accounting, Month end, Fixed Assets and Reporting
• Strong knowledge of key business drivers
• Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of SAP and associated processes

• Tertiary level qualifications in a finance related discipline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and be proactive in a complex environment with strict timelines
• Maintains high standards of attention to detail, accuracy and completeness
• Strong investigative, analytical, software and system skills
• Displays initiative in relation to issue resolution and follow up, ability to problem solve and use creativity to arrive at solutions
• Ability to plan and organize tasks and work responsibilities to achieve relevant objectives
