Electrical & Commissioning Superintendent - Indonesia
LNG Expansion Project
Location: Jakarta office then onto Papua site
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (renewable on agreement)
Jakarta
Duration: approx 4 weeks - Familiarising with Project and Team
Working week: 5 days p/week / 10 hours p/day
Salary: Negotiable
Serviced Apartment provided by Client
22m Indonesia Rupiah provided p/month for living costs
Papua
Rotation: 75 days on / 21 days off
Working week: 6 days p/week / 10 hours p/day
Salary: Negotiable
Site Accommodation / Meals provided by Client
Flights / Medical Insurances provided by Client
Previous LNG experience is essential
Experience on Electrical Pre-Commission, Commission, Start-up & Operation activities such as:
Conformity check with project drawings and specifications
Electrical functionality test of AC/DC UPS system including alarm, tripping switching, loading and sequencing functions
Electrical functionality checks before & after energization of Power Transformers and auxiliaries
Electrical functionality checks of ECMS (Electrical Control Monitoring System)
Perform all DC energized and AC simulated functional tests and test the functionality of individual circuit relay protection system for Main Power
Supply
Energize feeders on secondary of main transformers and bus-tie breakers
Energize and operate all necessary circuits such as lightening, heating/ventilation system
Test of direct trip & local/remote/manual operation of breakers for the Low/Medium Voltage switchgear
Check all relays in accordance with job relay schedule and check operation in trip circuit with secondary current injection
Electrical functionality checks before & after energization of Power Factor System
Cable Soak test
Test Electrical functionality of Motor starter from local & remote Motor Control Stations and prove all interlocks
Run-in of motor uncoupled and check temperature, speed, current, rotation and vibration
Operation & Maintenance of Electrical Facilities in Electrical Substation/Electrical rooms and Transformers
