Instrumentation and Control - Team Manager (France)

To strengthen its activity in the field of electricity transmission and distribution, my client is urgently looking for an expert in electricity instrumentation and control.

You will be responsible for a team of about 15 engineers working on major production projects: including hydroelectric and power transmission lines.

Duties include:

* To bring your expertise to ensure the proper accomplishment of the missions. (Design to supervisions)
* Supervise a team of about 15 engineers: daily management, load plan management, relationship with project managers, etc.
* To develop and maintain Centre of excellence in connection with field activities.
* Keep update with market trends and continued learning (associations, conferences, seminars, ...)
* On certain overseas missions, you could possibly be called in as a project manager.

Education Criteria: Electrical Engineering Degree (Or equivalent)

Experience and desired skills:

* 10 years of experience in the study and realization of projects, ideally in engineering consulting office, in the field of electricity, instrumentation and control, in high and medium voltage, and if possible in the Hydroelectric field.
* Proven technical expertise and strong relational capacity.
* Open, dynamic and rigorous, with a persuasive / participative management style.
* Appetite to work in an international environment
* English proficiency
* French Fluency
* Willingness for international trips

Salary Package: Between 35,000 to 55,000 euros (depending on experience)

Location: France (Permanent role)
