Construction Division Head - Asia
Location: To be based in Client Head Office in Taiwan
Start: ASAP
Duration: Permanent

Flights, Accommodation, Transport and Visa at Client expense
Residential position with flexible home leave and overseas travel
To Head Construction Division of major EPC Contractor and be responsible for over 1000 staff.
Areas of activity - Oil, Gas & Petrochemical, Power & Infrastructure.
Job overview:
To plan, develop and manage construction policy and procedure in accordance with company strategy to ensure construction objectives achievement.
To manage and control construction budget most efficiently to maximum the benefit.

To serve in a hands-on role in nearly every aspect of construction management
To support proposal with construction technology, manpower and necessary professional consults
To manage and supervise project construction planning to ensure construction implementation smoothly
To develop and manage construction human resources to ensure construction manpower and capabilities fit organization and project requirements.
Experience:

20 years and above in EPC company and 15 years experiences of global construction management in Oil and gas filed, power plant and infrastructure.
At least 10 years experiences of international (Middle East / Southeast Asia / Americas) project construction manager (over 500 M USD EPC project scale).
AWP (Advance Work Package) and modularization experience.
