Our client is international company with great experience in Real Estate. Due to the growth of the company we look for experienced candidate for:

Property Manager (Office Asset)
(Warsaw)
Job Description:

• To undertake the day to day management of office properties
• Cooperation with third party services to fulfill company expectations
• Able to coordinate different kind of tasks and manage people inside and outside of the organization
• Draw up a business plan plus prepare OpEx, CapEx and MarEx budgets for property
• Liaise with the tenants, suppliers and banks where appropriate
• Active management of receivables collection
• Preparation of PM performance reports
• Participation and solving all lease management connected issues and implementation of leasing data into system
• Handling the correspondence with tenants and authorities
• Offers inquiry and preparation of price comparison lists
• Identify asset enhancing opportunities
• To undertake other duties if reasonably required

Requirements:

• Experience in property management (at least 3 years in commercial property management)
• Knowledge of PM & FM processes
• Cooperation within business environment (commercial/service)
• Marketing and leasing experience as an advantage
• Languages: English – very good both written and spoken
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated, focused and energetic
• Able to work under stressful circumstances
• Ability to adapt easily in the new environment
• Good analytical skills
