E&P Manager / Algeria

Seeking an experienced E&P Manager to be based in Southern Algeria on 28/28 rotation.

You will manage and direct E&P operations, i/c the Well Operations and Production Operations teams, reporting to the Field Manager, taking responsibility for production and injection targets to the reservoir management plan, involving data gathering, well and flowline integrity, safety, efficiency, environmental compliance, plus managing and budgeting company personnel, contractors and service companies, and liaising with the Operations Teams in the field.

Well Operations will involve Coil Tubing Interventions, Slickline work, e-line work, well test and data collection, plus strategy, planning, and continuity of all workovers and completions, and revisions to Well Operations Procedures.

Production Operations will involve maintenance and repair of surface well sites, roads, wellhead equipment, manifolds and offsite valves, and pipeline integrity. Plus daily production allocation to ensure well operating parameters are correctly reported, and that production / injection fluids are allocated back to each field; you will use pipeline modelling software for enhancing production and injection performance.

For this you will mostly likely have 10+ years E&P Manager Operator experience, including field management of production engineering, well operations, surface operations, reservoir engineering, downhole well interventions, with a strong HSE mindset, Engineering degree qualified.
