Project Manager – New Build Hotel / England

A Home Counties based Main Contractor are looking to secure a Project Manager to deliver a new build budget hotel in the heart of St Albans. This role is due to a project win and the company’s growth is based on repeat business.

The company I am working with are a smaller contractor where you will be seeing key business players on a regular basis. You will have a site team reporting in to you and you will have the ability to help build and mentor juniors whilst you are delivering the project.

As the company grows and you establish yourself, you will have the opportunity to progress and become a key part of the delivery team, taking on future projects, more responsibilities and salary!!

The ideal candidate must have;

• Delivered hotel projects, ideally for budget hotel chains like Travelodge and Premier Inn.
• Worked as a No.1 on site for projects up to at least £10m

 
The Ideal candidate should have;

• Knowledge of the entire build process
• Relevant certification such as CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
• Further construction related education
