Claims Manager – Fluent German / Germany / Austria

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a experienced CLAIMS MANAGER with experience of Claims and disputes to join my client, for a power station project.

Fluent English and German is essential as all contracts are in German.

You will work in both Germany and in Austria.

THE CLIENT

My client, is a long established firm of construction consultants with a wide range of clients in Germany and elsewhere in Europe.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be an experienced CLAIMS MANAGER with good experience of contracts management, contract administration, claims management, correspondence, warranties etc.

You are likely to be MRICS, BSc or similarly qualified either as a Quantity Surveyor or Engineer with good knowledge and experience of contracts management and claims.

You must be able to work without supervision in conjunction with the clients project manager and engineers to manage all contracts and claims issues.

Fluent English and German is essential, both written and spoken as contracts are all in German.

You are likely to have been trained in the U.K., Germany or elsewhere in Europe.

This role is for around 15 months and will pay a negotiable day rate, accommodation etc.
