RAMS Engineer: Copenhagen

We are currently recruiting for experienced RAMS and System Safety Engineers to work for an established European railway engineering consultancy based in Copenhagen. You will be exposed to cutting edge railway signalling technology - European Train Control Systems (ETCS) on major programmes of work. Ideal candidates will be an experience RAMS or System Safety Engineer and have a good understanding of ETCS / ERTMS signalling systems, design principles and project engineering.

This project is going into the last 18 months so this role is to help with the project assurance documentation that needs to be completed prior to handover.

The key purpose of the role is to provide design assurance, checking and safety advice to engineering clients throughout Europe.
RAM Analysis & FMECA.
Verification and Validation activities.
Safety Case management.
Provision of respective safety and security documents for respective project phases.
Candidates should have detailed knowledge of CENELEC standards.

Requirements to apply

Degree Qualified in Engineering or Science based subject
5+ years signalling experience, at least 2 exposure in modern ETCS / ERTMS systems.
Experience in RAMS and Safety Engineering to CENELEC standards
An appreciation for signalling systems, design and construction activates.
Strong communication skills and work ethic
