Site Manager – High End Residential / England

A well run and established contractor are currently seeking a Site Manager to work on a recently secured contract based in West Hampstead.
 
The ideal candidate will be from a carpentry background and is a standalone Site Manager who is a driver of projects whilst keeping a close eye on detail and have had experience of working on high end refurbishment projects up to £2million in value.
 
A solid track record is required and someone who has the ability of being out on site rather making sure it is being carried out rather than someone sitting in the office. You will also have managed a Project from inception to completion and can programme, plan and think ahead whilst have an appreciation of the commercial aspects of running a site.
