Project Surveyor / PQS Background / England

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a PROJECT SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR who is either MRICS qualified or who is almost chartered to join a firm PQS in their CITY OF LONDON office.

A background working for another UK firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants is essential.

You will be involved in pre and post contract work across a range of projects including large residential, student accommodation, commercial, hotels and leisure, retail and other projects.

THE CLIENT

My client is a firm of construction consultants offering clients a range of services including quantity surveying, project management etc.

They have a good variety of projects for new build, refurbishment and fit out across a wide variety of clients.

They have two offices in the UK and one overseas.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be either a Quantity Surveyor with a QS Degree and either MRICS qualified or be almost chartered and able to run your own projects with some supervision from a Senior QS as required.

Good pre and post contract experience is required.

You should be able to run your own projects smaller projects and assist with higher value projects.

You will have a stable work record and have worked for a known UK firm of PQS or consultants.

You will be keen to join a dynamic firm who are growing both in the UK and abroad.

You should be keen to join a firm where you can get involved in a variety of project types.

You will work on projects across London and the South East or further afield when required.

My client pays excellent salaries probably in the region of £50000 to £60000 per annum plus range of benefits.
