Commercial / Contracts Manager / Oman

Our Client is a leading international contractor operating throughout the Middle East. Following the recent award of several key projects they are looking for an accomplished Commercial Manager with strong contracts experience to join their team in Oman.

You will be an accomplished Quantity Surveyor with demonstrable experience managing the commercial function on major projects, along with practical experience in formulation and interpretation of contract documents and commercial terms under various forms of contract. You will also have experience in establishing and preparing contractual letters, claims and variations.

Prior overseas experience, particularly in the Middle East, is advantageous.

The successful candidate MUST have;

• Experience working as a Commercial Manager on hospital / healthcare projects.
• A construction related degree, ideally in Quantity Surveying.
• A strong, stable career history working for blue chip main contractors.
