This has created a requirement for a highly motivated Managing Quantity Surveyor from a main contracting background, with sound knowledge of all aspects of pre and post contract financial management, to set up and lead commercial teams. You must also demonstrate a worthy track record, strong commercial flair and an ability to get things done.
 
Values of schemes are typically between £15m and £55m.
 
Candidates should be highly professional with excellent presence, communication, leadership and numeracy skills and must be able to achieve results through teamwork.
