An opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a leading construction company. This business are growing and are considered a great company to work for.
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is an operational role for an individual with excellent communication and relationship building skills and the capability to be aligned with day to day operational pressures across divisions.
The role is required to be focused on quick and reactive support to ensure business targets are achieved. The HRBP position requires the ability to influence, persuade, coach and mentor line managers, applying strong business partnering skills.
The role is responsible for day to day HR planning and operational HR service delivery that includes managing a Learning & Development function, promotion of employee engagement and wellbeing. The role requires excellent management skills and a creative, proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving.

- Relevant experience of managing and delivering Human Resources processes that support the full employee life cycle
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Strong employee relations background
- HR experience within a construction business.
It is desirable to have;
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Demonstrable experience in line management and developing junior team members.
- Experience in reporting on several simultaneous projects.
