Highways Project Director/ Team Leader - Bosnia

We are seeking an experienced Project Director or Senior Team Leader for an upcoming Highways project in Bosnia.

Opportunity:

My client is a leading European Consultancy whom are forming a Joint Venture with a large consultancy to provide a team for the European Investment Bank funded project. The project consists of 250+ km with significant tunnel constructions and is being carried out to FIDIC conditions.

Responsibilities:

The Project Director/ Team Leader shall be responsible for leading all activities throughout the inception and construction phases. Key elements to be undertaken shall include management of the contract including Claim & Dispute Management.

Key requirements for the role:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 20+ years of experience
• 15 years of Road or highways experience (design, construction or contract management)
• Strong FIDIC experience
• 3 project of 300million Euro, carried out to FIDIC conditions
• Regional Experience would be beneficial

Language:

Fluency in English writing and communication

Salary Package:

The salary package will depend on experience and could range from 6,000 to 10,000 euro as well as a full expatriate package including Flights, accommodation etc.
