Mechanical Engineering Assessments

· Provide and review mechanical studies, and design solutions for new and existing facilities including static equipment, such as separators and other vessels, manifolds, tanks, logistics, etc and pumps.

People & Contractor Management

· Manage the activities and work performed by Contractors and Suppliers and ensure that it is carried out in an efficient and effective manner. Build good relationships with key stakeholders.

· Recommend training and development for team members to build their capabilities.

· Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of employees.

· Develop overview of contractor's strength and weaknesses and intervene as and when required exercising contractual rights.

· Contribute to Block 9 CSR strategy development and execution

Project Review

· Participate in technical review of new projects, facilities upgrade etc., including scope of work, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Lay-outs, etc.
